Interesting comment. When do you know if you are speaking to a Department person or an AI replication entity.
If you can replicate a Rappers voice to such an extent that there is no discernable difference between "real to artificial". Then, how do you as a citizen know if you are calling into your government agency office you are speaking to a real telephone person or a computer generated telephone AI sound receiving device.
If you are let's say a Clerk within Government, this will spell your doom. Why have Office Clerks when all you need is a single place telephone reception processing office.
