All your points were valid, however we need to do more than talking. This won't solve anything to these companies, especially humans that created this AI thing! Here are some suggestions: 1. We should avoid posting our artwork online. As you've said, every image posted will be generated in the dataset. Keep it old school if possibly, with a PPT presentation or PDF file. I know it sucks, but the point is to hinder the AI from enhancing based on an aritist's work. This idea will cause a lot of issues, because people will need to rely for a while on their connections to prove they're capable of working, while others might not be able to prove their abilities of work. 2. A huge amount of artists need to sue these companies so they can stop doing what they do, or at least give the rights to the artist to protect his art from stealing. Stopping this will need a tremendous amount of actions! Just because some individuals created this AI, it does not mean we arists will allow it to continue. Or at least not without some actions. Of course we all know artists can't be stopped publishing their work on Artstation or other platform, but at least we should fight until we get the right of protecting our work from stealing without our consent.
