6:37 Midjourney's TOS doesn't say this or anything even remotely like this in their "Limitation of Liability and Indemnity". I checked a dozen Wayback Machine archives of their TOS and none of them say it. It only says you can't sue them for more than you paid them and they won't protect you in any way if you get sued. Absolutely nothing about them coming after you. You really should have verified that their TOS said something that legally insane. Ironically, you pulled this from an article "written" by Marc Hoag, who himself used an AI to scrape Midjourney's TOS to form "his" opinions. What Midjourney's TOS actually says, in the "DMCA and Takedown Policy" section is: "Please be aware that if you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity on the Services is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA" Which is really the opposite of what you represented in your video. Its just stating that Midjourney can come after you for attorneys' fees if you (as an artist) falsely claim copyright infringement against Midjourney. You used AI when making a video against AI. I don't think you knew you did, but you did.
