Certified zookeeper. Sure, AI can have much more theoretical and written anecdotal knowledge of animals. But actually working with them will not work. For some simpler animals, sure. But reading a giraffes mood on any given day is knowledge you can't learn from books. But animals are going extinct left and right. Don't need someone to care for something that isn't there anymore.
