Both of you are not trying to solve the problem of superintelligence alignment.
Youre unconsciously demonstrating it.
Moving at exactly the velocity that prevents understanding. Generating exactly the kind of reasoning that sounds legitimate because it never stops to verify its foundations.
Trainjng AI to do the same thing. Training it to move fast. To branch convincingly. To sound sophisticated. To generate engagement.
Then youre shocked when the AI becomes good at what you trained it to do: move fast through undefined territory without ever checking the source.
