I work for a pharmacy benefits manager (Prescription insurance) that tried to incorporate AI in our work processes a few years ago. I was essentially checking for accuracy during the test pilot program. The number of errors and crashes was astounding. It tried to say a prescription that was $100 was $10000. For some weird reason decimals were the bane of its existence. That program was scrapped with the quickness. 😂
