I started learning at 20, my drawing infamously bad before that, I was that kid who couldn’t draw and would have their drawings mocked always.
Pft, gift. Listen, there’s disabilities that do make it harder to draw, to create in the desired medium, and AI can help, but not having the talent is not one of them, if you have at least one hand, and normal motor skills you can learn how to draw as good as any master out there.
