Podcasts like these give me anxiety and panic attacks because I've known these things for so long, I've seen the world in this light for so long.. I've seen it since my early 20s, since 2010s, when the tech world, social media and digitalization was only in its nascent stage, and my generation was the first one to integrate the physical and the digital worlds.. To see the way it has literally highjacked people's lives and minds(especially of the subsequent generations) gives me nightmares regarding what the future holds..
