This guy have never fully code the whole modern AI model from scratch or maybe he is not paying attention to what he is doing if he does code them. When you actually do the math and coding the whole thing from scratch you will definitely understand what Penrose is talking here. That's why I have been talking with some of my friend and I always say that somehow people figure out how to create a machine that mimicking intelligent but not true intelligent like the way human have. Totally different things if you compare, especially zero-shot learning on lots of RF problems.
