They misused a publicly available form of generative AI.
However, an AI especially made for the practice of law (without fake cases, or lying) would stand up much better.
In the long run however, a machine, no matter how advanced will never approach the zenith of natural intelligence and it's many quirks, nor it's fundamental understanding of reality.
