Regarding comment about future career prospects for the young & "becoming a plumber", I have come across this comment previously in an interview on the 'The Iced Coffee Hour' (on YT) with Codie Sanchez. Amongst other things, Codie is a partner(?) in a robotics company and the idea of jobs that couldn't be replaced came up and she said that the trades would be the hardest to replace, due to jobs requiring fine-motor manipulation and dexterity and so trades would be insulated from this 'take-over' for a while yet. I recall she even mentioned that robots had a hard time avoiding obstacles and navigating each other. I knew of one guy working with robots at a local university and he was involved in 'robot soccer [football]'. I have a feeling robot sports are the way they are refining robotic fine-motor skills, to overcome these issues😬....
