If human artist is legally allowed to loot at someones else art and make his own using the similar style or ideas then i don't see how the same can be forbidden to AI.
I don't think you can copyright your style.
and also if artists complain about their art being used for training they also should not be allowed to draw any copyrighted characters or settings. so i think everyone who opts out of AI training should be automatically banned from posting any derivative content.
