lol they got a policy for creating sentient AI ?. this could only mean one of two things , either they dont want to create a sentient AI(pretty obvious) or they have already created or know somebody who has created a sentient AI and they themselves dont want to do that either out of fear or maybe they have a deal or they are not allowed by some higher governmental agency to create a sentient AI.
