I think these reports are prematured. Our use of AI is getting better all the time and getting to be an indispensable tool. It may not replace developers, but it does enhance productivity significantly if you know how to use it in the right way. It is like using a full IDE instead of just a simple notepad - it can be that much of a difference. Asking us to stop using AI is like asking us to stop using an IDE and just use notepad.
