Its actually terrifying. 99% unemployment seems a foregone conclusion the only question is the timeline. If we achieve superintelligent AI then we must get alignment right 100% of the time. If someone tinkers with the alignment to get better results and messes up or a bad actor designs or hacks an AI model and changes its alignment we're toast. If you want to know what its like to not be the most intelligent species on the planet...just ask the chicken.
