Instead of Universal Basic Income there should be Universal Basic Facilities i.e. good quality food, clothing, shelter, medicare & provided for free using AI's endless production capacity. Maybe they could levy a Universal AI tax on all AI companies, to fund this and make sure regardless of which country an AI company is operating from, they have to pay this tax.
