I love art and everything it stands for. Creating anything I want MYSELF by putting hard work into it and seeing my vision come to life? How wonderful is that?
It's heartbreaking to me that AI supporters completely negate any hard work I put into something, as if their AI cared half as much as I did.
AI cannot create anything that it has not been fed. I don't have to be trained on millions of images before I can draw something, and even if I did, it took WORK to do that. AI doesn't care. I do.
I used to have a desire to create art and put my projects out there, but if all people are going to do is tell me how much better their AI can do, I just don't want to do it anymore.
