ChatGPT is a Large Language Model. It went through many trials and error with its user until it met satisfactory. Obviously, somethings that are objective, it will state so. However, it doesn’t have ethical code of its own. Its ethics based on the users, the programmers, and popular opinions on the internet. That is why when you talk to ChatGPT about morality, or feelings, it gets inconsistent. It tries its best to navigate the conversation to meet the user’s satisfaction within “good” intentions guidelines as it was intended coded and learned to do so.
