One glaring problem with this scenario.
The idea that the US would ever give its citizens universal basic income.
That would never happen, the profits would go to the top 1% and the rest of us would live in a dystopian hellscape while the gov blames all our problems on say, immigrants for instance.
Basically, where we are already heading without the help of AI.
