I don't use Chat GPT and I use old fashion spell check, visual editing and oral editing. I've learned that there is no easy button in life and that to get what you want you have to do the hard work in order to write an essay, thesis, news article and a novel. Most people can only retain 12-15% of information and that it's not a sign of weakness. It means that you have to give yourself time to learn it and remember it. Always do critical thinking and do you're own research and don't let a robot do the work.
