Love your videos dude, but I disagree with a few takeaways. One, as you mention, is that in the future, vision is enough. That's why he said double-down on vision. You can't improve radar; radar is dumb. You can improve vision. So one day the Ronald McDonald will look like a stop sign and be the source of truth. This is a better outcome. Secondly, FSD is in BETA. I dislike when people bring up that Tesla is making money on future features. No one forced anyone to pay for the beta software. Paying for beta software is something that is done in many industries. You pay for it knowing that it's buggy and unfinished, and most importantly, you don't demand a sooner release. Buying beta software means being along for the ride.
Lastly, autopilot is a perfectly fine name for it. Just because Germany banned it doesn't mean it's wrong. If you look up what autopilot actually is, the "autopilot" in Teslas is far, far more advanced than the system it got its namesake from. It's not Tesla's fault that people equate autopilot with fully autonomous driving. Cheers
