This is a silly claim. The fact that humans make errors when they assess people's emotions does not mean that we are unable to assess their emotions. It just means that we are limited. Of course more information generally improves our ability to make predictions. The very limited situations in which this is not true are interesting and mostly artifacts of a selective process that tests on different inputs than we were trained on.
AI is exactly the same as us in all these respects.
