It's not a matter of skill charlie it's a matter of imagining the art in the mind (creating it) and then transfering the art onto the paper (using skill which we don't need anymore with ai) this matter is more nuanced than this but yeah, to some degree ai artist is still an artist ( only if his prompts are specefic and not vague so he he doesn't leave anything to ai's imagination)
