'One Punch Man' was created first without good art... Which is a good metric of how you shouldn't have to rely on crutches to think whatever you make has to be flawless for it to be worthwhile. A part of the process of creating is to convince others it is, but doing so through cheap tactics or means really detracts from what you're presenting. Usually people create things to share a piece of themselves, and people often times really want to understand the creator or even be a part of it. If you remove yourself from that picture... you aren't really sharing yourself anymore, or you might have hidden behind a lot of flashy automated parts that you could have made with intention or even by others sharing the same goal. People can sometimes pick up on that. I mean have you ever enjoyed seeing behind the scenes of something... like 'Lord of the Rings'? Just wonder what it'd be like to be a part of it?
