Okay, but let's think bigger for a second here.
AI cannot exist in any context without the massive data sets. Art is no more valuable than writing, than coding, than photography, than legal work, than teaching, than anything else.
ALL THE THINGS everyone wants AI to do require ALL the data to be mined from EVERYONE across all subjects.
And this is only digital for now. When this is combined with physical robotics it will extend to everything from pottery to landscaping to house painting.
If you can name a type of work (artistic or not) I can find you someone who takes pride in that work and will be put out of business by their own previous work being studied and copied by AI.
STUDY. COPY. MAKE THE ORIGINAL OBSOLETE.
That is AI. You cannot have a problem with AI stealing artwork unless you have a problem AI as a concept.
