My 16 y/o loves AI and I agree it helps her in different ways. It’s even openly going to be used and built into the education curriculum (if it hasn’t already). So now in addition to protecting her from the harm of social media, advertising, media in general and the internet at large, I also have to somehow protect her from AI. Protect her while she’s at school, a place I have to take her to everyday legally! WtAF?? These are the things that make me want to round up my family and flee to parts unknown that are completely off-grid. It’s quite the mind F that things we’re encouraged to do and are told is safe will benefit us while simultaneously killing us slowly. Being a parent and loving other humans has never been so difficult in my opinion!
