AI for mental health advice isn’t thé worst if you have a background taking therapy already tbh. I know this is unpopular. But it offers a new perspective on your issues if you ask it to. Yeah thé empathy is fake but it’s helpful in my opinion. Different sites though. Thé AI I use does not talk and be chill if you mention mental health stuff. It recommends getting real actual help.
