In 39:54 , all you have to do to understand that empirical reality actually agrees with Eliezer Yudkowsky, is search for SpiceyLemonade's "AI 2027 Prediction Tracker". Until now, reality is 91% in agreement with the predictions of "AI 2027". Everything is progressing as predicted, or almost as predicted. About Yudkowsky's predictions being all speculative - well, sure they are.. After all, you only have one chance at this🙂. This is like saying to Cassandra's of Troy "Your predictions are all speculative".
