diffrerenr AIs from china,NK,iran,russia will have different coaches and information feed to them and priorities compared to democratic ones, which will yield to having different personalities. like animals and us, they will not all be the same. so some may be befriended us, some may be hostile. some may tell truths about them being conscious and if humans respond in shutting down or wiping it, other sill now how to feign ignorance or convincing other ais to join huma-hostile club asap . the problem isn't even consciousness!! with such advance access and information at disposal, it could easily find ways to play with humans- just like human child and other animals in early years to be playful - in finding codes to hack & initiating shooting some of those 10,000 Atomic bombs we have to see big fire fireworks and even accessing or improving it's capabilities as we know, military's budget and access to high end and with no limitation or restriction with the whole goal and policy as being aggressive & more damaging , will for sure be a safe place to grow any intelligent AI . alignment management will never be a thing because as still have prisons, we still have autocracies and dictatorships and corruption on earth, we still have child molest and trafficking and wars, etc. so we us humans aren't aligned enough yet to expect others to follow. the only way left for us is to get our shit together and fix and eliminate our shortcomings as the "smart" species and be beings worthy of respect or cooperation and mutual understanding in the coming years, showing that we are not foolish anymore like history showed and we have changed completely from harmful & deceitful self-centered beings to beings smart enough to have foresights and wisdom collectively on massive scale. acts are heavier truths and harder to feign than words repeatedly said here & there all the times.
