Nice idea. But America is too bias for that. It will be a political war. A racial war. We are seeing massive job lost now. Ai technology is doing exactly what is supposed to do, eliminate payroll. So if tax revenue is not coming in due to high levels of unemployment. Where would the Government get the funds to pay each America 1000 a month. Which equals to 345 billon dollars per month.
