Looks like my 9–5 (marketing) is on its way out (I currently use AI for work and I don't think it's going away for at least a few years), but I’ve been planning for a retirement since 2015 by building up some rental income as a small-time landlord. I will have robots taking care of the maintenance work and I'll just be chilling. As long as the elites roll out UBI like they keep hinting, then I’ll still be covered with guaranteed rental income coming in.
