This is beyond disturbing. The powerful few pushing driverless trucks aren’t just replacing jobs, they’re dismantling an entire culture and way of life. Trucking has always been about people moving goods for people. Take the humans out, and all that’s left is a cold, soulless supply chain that serves corporate profits.
The domino effect is massive: truck stops, diners, motels, roadside towns all gone. What’s left behind is exactly the kind of dystopia we were warned about in books, movies, and shows. Except now, it’s real and honestly, it feels even worse than science fiction ever imagined.
Progress should never come at the cost of humanity.
