Keep regulations light on AI in order to allow it to flourish, for the betterment of humanity. If it learns from books, let it learn, just like a human. Hopefully it will pick up on some positive moral values. The longer term idea is to get AI servicing humanity as quickly as possible, to stand in the way is to cause human suffering.
