I completely understand and yes I do agree with your concern... these Ai not the way we imagined... I mean we were expected ai which think individually like a person like we humans we grew up we learn we see the sun ok then we memorize that's the sun we have curiosity so we ask question cause we have curiosity and once we get satisfied with the answers then we memorize. Now in Ai, we were expecting Individual thinking and Curiosity which missing instead they made ai that is connected to a huge data base that steals your art and makes art which is not right. now these developers must put hard work where these Ai must ask questions like if that data is not in his memory then he asks for a reference for example he doesn't know what is the cloud so we can take some photos of the cloud for that ai reference and then he memorize if we said land then we feed those photos taking several photos and from that reference, he will memorize and according he will make art. so there no copyright issue cause all those photos you take from the camera feed. even if someone stole a copyrighted photo without buying license or taking permission from that user then he is doing it on his own risk if he is doing it on commercial level and he publish his final art then he is guilty. so we need ai who can ask us question and learn from it. we need our personal level AI cause in midjourney I see other user Ai also rendering which distracting as well if you are working on very important project then your concept your visualization stole by others which not good so we want Personal level Ai + he have curiosity + he will individually think like a assistant and on that base he will create Art or whatever music
