I think AI taking over customer service jobs should be more concerning to artists. And that's already happening. For many artists I know, art is just a hobby. As a writer, I make no money from this. I actually come up negative. So more people would be hurt by lost customer service jobs, including artists.
There are so many concerning things we have done with technology and science. I think this is the least troublesome of the things we've done . At least as far as AI cartoons and the surreal go because nobody can confuse them with reality.
