I feel for the drivers and every other business that could be affected along the routes but TBH, I think this change will add safety to others on the highway. I think pretty much everyone who drives on a major highway has had a bad experience with a big truck, I know I have had a few scary instances especially on heavily congested roads. It's kind of like arguing the automobile put everyone out of work that took care of horses and carriages. This industry is no different than so many others that are being affected by automation and will continue to be, we will definitely need to find ways to employ ppl in the future because this is only going to get worse.
