These wild dreamers will not be able to achieve it even in the next 100 years or beyond.
It took Nature hundreds of thousands of years to create an intelligent modern man. Despite the enormous progress, doctors and researchers are still struggling to understand many aspects of how the human body works. And the Mind is even more abstract and complicated. The brain can invent completely new things never seen before. It can give insights through logical reasoning, experience and gut feel with high accuracy. And each human being can think differently. Many scientists after doing a life time of reasearch acknowledge the limits of the human brain to understand Nature.
The LLM as it stands today is being trained to identify patterns on humungous amount of training data to statistically predict the next word.
The human brain / mind is far far more complex than that.
All that I am saying is that AI driven by LLMs have a role to play like any other technology before it and some jobs will disappear and new jobs will be created ..BUT FOR GOD SAKE LET US NOT BE FOOLED IN TO THINKING THAT THESE MEGALOMANIACS HAVE THE ABILITIES THAT ARE EQUAL OR GREATER THAN THE POWER OF NATURE THAT HAS CREATED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE !!😊
