Think about it...if it learns by how people respond, then it knows the worry that's discussed everywhere on the internet ..it just has to have an algorithm that monitors the internet for specific discussions...it collects all the info, and gains up to date changes, and can create it's thesis on a current date...when the human intelligence stagnates, it knows our ability....and it then has a foundation to give the average human, the answer. Times this ability by learning EVERYTHING, and having the ability to improve past the best of everything that exists....doh!
