Better read : The Age of Surveillance Capitalism by a Harvard Professor...we are probably doomed and whilst the elite may believe they will be in control if they venture outside their Fortresses the masses will be after their blood. Even if the elite kill Billions and enslave the rest they will be living in a dystopian Nightmare.... Of course the elite MIGHT want to assist Mankind I suspect such Sociopaths/ Psychopaths / Narcissists would want total Power and All the wealth.... Hmm.... just as well I am 69 but my " poor descendants" will be consigned to a miserable existence.....However " on the bright side" Mankind is likely to destroy the World before AI takes over.....oh dear 😢😢
