Hate to break it to you... AI is just going to become MORE racist as it'll soon prefer it's own kind over humans as we give AI a human brain.
So this isn't going to change and instead we should just do what Dune and Warhammer 40k does and only make AI that isn't in the image of Humanity, which is why it's racist and sexist, also it's made by people who call themselves "Inclusive" and "Diverse"... let that sink in... if the AI is still doing these racist and sexist things, what's stopping it from turning around and out right refusing to help any humans and try to kill us all?
