I need to mention it was definitely stupid for the prosecution to use ChatGPT. I also need to mention that I have sat on an aisle seat and felt it when that heavy cart slightly grazed my knee and that the knee is not just bone. It’s a joint that has stuff like ligaments and tendons attached to it.
Thus, if there was a knee in the aisle and a flight attendant saw that someone past them wanted something so barreled past the knee with the heavy cart there could definitely be enough damage for a lawsuit.
Finally, I need to bring up the McDonald’s hot coffee lawsuit. Stella was burned on February 27, 1992. The trial was August 8th to 17th 1994. Over 2 years later. I do believe I remember watching a video from you where you rightfully sided with Stella on that case. (Video is titled “Lawsuits That Actually Weren’t Ridiculous”)
