That is a ratio of 23 homes for every 1 homeless person.  HOUSING IS HOW THEY CONTROL US: 1- You go to the bank to get a loan for a Home.  2 -The Bank creates money from thin air while you sign away all your assets as collateral. 3 -You pay a mortgage for 30 years every month (360 months) MORE THAN HALF of every payment goes to the Bank as interest (for money that never existed). 4- After 30 years, the mortgage is paid off, you get a deed saying you OWN the home –Well, stop paying property taxes or build without a permit... a man with a gun tells you that you don't live there anymore. 5- A lien is put on your home, the Bank gets it back, and sells it to some other sucka for 30 years. NOBODY SHOULD OWN ANOTHER PERSON'S HOME If you pay rent, you are paying 2 people's bills. Yours and the owners you rent from. RENTING IS SLAVERY People are working 13 hour shifts to still have nothing –while the entrepreneur who owns 10 homes families chills on his yacht.  They don't own the homes, rather THEY OWN THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE HOME –SLAVES. The families are paying the yacht-boy's bills. If EVERYONE across the US stopped paying their rent and mortgage at the same time: The Capitalist Industrial-Military-Prison Complex falls and wealth is equalized. This is how: If housing was free (and it can be):  how much more money would people have at the end of the month? How would their lives improve?   • People would have more money to spend in the market creating a true "Economy" (what we have now is an "Anti-Economy")  • It would improve the quality of life for everyone except billionaires   • The surplus money from the people would be held in local community-owned credit Union Banks –The Co-Op model of banking...  • The local Community-owned Co-Ops would invest the community's money back into local businesses, infra-structure, education, and medical research. Eradicating the need for taxes.  • Families would stay together –Grandparents and Grandchildren living in the same home (or property) opening even more living spaces.  • This in turn covers elder-care and child-care at the same time (grandparents and grandchildren need each other for a healthy and wise society).  • Family sticking together, no poverty, no homelessness, less work means less stress –eradicating mental illness.  • No poverty means no desperation means less crime means no prisons necessary. Any wrongs would be dealt with within the community. There is a restorative Justice model vs the current punitive model. This means your sentence would be to right your wrong to the ones you wronged and held accountable by the community  • You'd either have a job or a role in the community (that serves as your job) –every 9 Block Radius has growers, fixers, builders, teachers, science and medical minds, etc. –everything a society needs to flourish  • Instead of a Corporate model, all businesses should be C0-Op models –EVERYONE in the company is part owner and receives a piece of the profits. even the Janitor. Co-Ops are an absolutely successful model of business (and banking)  • With free housing, it doesn't matter if there are less jobs. Now robots can do much of the work, freeing humans to have more time to enjoy their existence.   • Profit wars would cease and other countries could stabilize, moving towards peace.   OVER-POPULATION & TECHNOLOGY Over population would be curbed due to the introduction of artificial companionship –meaning Robot partners. Stay with me for a sec... With exponential advancements in technology through Ai and robotics and the release of home robots, soon some people will op to design their partner. Customize your companion. Artificial companionship would be an option, while human to human relationships will still exist. The line between robots and humans will blur in a few years. Humans will have tech inside their bodies further blurring the line between robots and humans.  With advancements in Ai, and quantum computers, we will figure out interplanetary living making further room on the planet. And with technology in our minds, humans will be connected to each other in a way that could mean 1 consciousness. we'll be able to exit our bodies (basically vehicles) and be uploaded into other vehicles (younger cloned bodies, avatars, etc) –immortality. Ai & quantum computing will figure out and replace genes that govern life spans –immortality. With the ability to leave our vehicle-bodies, we'll be able to travel the speed of light as information and enter another vehicle-body on the other side (the destination being another planet or solar system. it gets wild... Technology shouldn't be feared. It's the people who want to control other people through technology that should be deleted. Altho, free housing doesn't need technology to free us. NOBODY SHOULD OWN ANOTHER PERSON'S HOME. bottom line. That's where our problems begin. I hope this message gets to the right people.
