The issue is not that AI or robots will eliminate jobs. In a more empathic America, this would simply reduce the burden of labor on the working class and give peoole the ability or opportunity to invest that time in their families, self development, education, or leisure activities. However, the reality is that this "AI revolution" is funded and backed by parasitic billionares and private interest groups who would use this to amass power and wealth at the cost of impoverishing the human experience. They will lobby politicians who instead of representing us, their constituents, will sell us out like they have been and will continue to take their money to strip us as American citizens of any protections to achive this goal. The "AI revolution" of people like Musk and other billionaires will come at the cost of our lives, culture, and rights to privacy and protections to benefit none other than those already in power.
We need to vote more people like Snt. Sanders into office. People who live by and inhabit the values they hold not just preach them without living them. We need senators in office not hypocrites.
