AI is actually really great to replace employees, well as long as you are content with producing mediocrity forever.
Which is also ironic because for the last years we have endured impossibly high standards and dehumanizing application processes because managers are "only looking for thr top talents because that is how you stay on top of the market", yet now they are turning around and using AI for everything.
