I'll admit, I am not a fan of Tesla, but the fact is, I have never seen on video how Waymos react to these exact same situations (school bus, unexpected/unmapped road closure...) so I would tend to give Teslas the benefit of the doubt on these. Where I would not are the videos where Teslas try to force through a closed railroad crossing. A radar or lidar would have easily avoided that mistake. Also I find their "demonstration" dishonest. To start with, she did not call out the other 2 drivers that passed on the right side before the Waymo. That selective outrage is discrediting her argument before she can even make it. Secondly, By law, any vehicle is supposed to drive as much to the right side of the road as can be done safely (yes, that includes bikes), so her riding her bike on the yellow line is illegal to start with as you will not make me believe that riding in the right lane is too unsafe (even you you don't feel safe riding alongside parked cars in case a door opens, riding in the middle of the right lane would be a safe enough option allowing for other vehicles to legally pass)... You can even see there is a Fing bike lane in that exact street that someone uses at 28:22, so she really has no excuse for standing where she is...
