for concious ai there needs to be an internal constant itterative loop.
then it can think and, by having a lot of interlinking loops, possibly find a total system resonance, a one-ness as in conciousness.
the presence of possible internal thought can be foubd by structural analysis. without an internal constant loop, its impossible
