She is not capable of anything "natural" the facial expressions are as random as her mouth movements when speaking, They dont form to "pronounce" in the natural way of our speech.
And AI's can not in ANY regard achieve consciousness as we don't know how this signal comes into our veichle the body and brain, not to mention from where it originates or how its formed.
We know nothing about it in simple word, and one could argue that most humans are not even conscious.
