Absolutely brilliant, thank you. The idea that reality may be a simulation isn’t new. It was discussed long before The Matrix and continues to gain traction as technology advances, especially with AI.
What’s just as compelling is the role of the subconscious and our ability to influence our physiology through belief. The placebo effect and related findings show that expectation can produce real, measurable changes, suggesting we actively shape aspects of our experience.
The real question is why some people can access this capacity more easily than others, while many cannot.
