His predictions are very optimistic, i dont think AI would develop THAT quick even though it has broken all expectations already. We will probably get AGI (if its even possible) by 2030 and humanoid robots are a fair bit away because their limitations are independant of AI.
I could be wrong, AI has blown away all of my expectations so far.
