AI art isnt something that learns like a person who can learn style
it takes images from online and mushes it together to make something cohesive so the second controversy is mainly AI art stealing art through taking images and pieces of art already made by people and then creating a new "art"
also a situation happened when a japanese artists was drawing live online and someone decided to screenshot the work in progress and sent it to be completed with AI and the AI did so successfully, then the person posted it before the real artist managed to finish.
